Rian's pet Chinchilla

Last week Rian and his Mum Donna brought their pet chinchilla to school to show us.

 He is very cute. His name is Darwin and he likes to take a dust bath.

Did you know that when Chinchilla's get scared they let go of their fur? We had to be very quiet so we didn't stress him too much. But we all got to have a hold - he was so soft.
